Support for an item means that the author will be available to you, the buyer, to assist any bug, issues you have in using the item.
What does support include?
- A purchased item includes item support for 6 months from the purchase date.
- The item support can be extended by the buyers by purchase support extensions on these items.
- During the item support period, the author is expected to be available to answer your general questions about the item and how to use it.
- Help with reported bugs and issues.
- Help with included 3rd party assets.
- Any future update of an item made available by author.
What support does not include with item?
- Authors are not required to provide customization and installations support.
- Authors are not required to support issues related to hosting, server environment, or software installed on your machine to use the item.
